(1) Only one attendee per member organisation.
(2) Exhibitors: representatives of exhibiting company. Rate limited to a maximum of 4 people representing the exhibiting company on the booth.
(3) Government Attendee: this category includes EU, intergovernmental, national and local government agency representatives.
(4) 4th Attendee & Following: valid for the 4th attendee and additional registrations from the same company or organisation.
(5) This registration category applies to participants wishing to attend the Global Technology Conference only (Wednesday, 28th September 2011).
It does not allow access to any other sessions of the Forum.

  • Admission to all Global Technology Conference Sessions which are held on Wednesday, 28th September 2011

  • Simultaneous interpretation from English into Arabic and Japanese
  • One working lunch and coffee break
  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception
  • Optional invitation to the Gala Dinner (an additional 130€ fee applies to register for the dinner)

Global Autogas Summit Registration Fees include:

  • Admission to all Global Autogas Summit Conference Sessions which are held on Thursday, 29th September 2011
  • Access to the Exhibition
  • Name badge
  • Simultaneous interpretation from English into Arabic and Japanese

  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception

Payment

World LP Gas Communication SARL (VAT N° FR 90421213893, 182 avenue Charles De Gaulle, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine – France) has given mandate to MCI for the organisation of the 24th World LP Gas Forum and therefore to act and receive the fees on its behalf.

  • Payment of the registration fees is to be made in EURO (€) only and may be done by:
  • Credit card: VISA / MASTER / EUROCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • Bank transfers: Bank transfers fees are borne by the participant upon registration

Modifications / Name Substitutions

  • For changes in registration, a processing fee of 30€ will be charged, except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations
  • All changes must be requested in writing to the Organising Secretariat

Cancellation Policy for Registration

Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or fax but NOT by E-MAIL) to the Organising Secretariat and are subject to the following conditions:

  • For cancellations received up to July 22nd 2011, 100€ will be withheld for administrative fee
  • For cancellations received from July 22nd 2011, no refunds will be issued. No deposit refunds will be issued for cancellation or no-show due to failure to obtain a visa
  • All registered participants who did not notify cancellation to the Organising Secretariat in writing before the congress will be liable to pay for the full registration and accommodation fees.
